Ford scholarships

We provide scholarships for students pursuing STEM-related careers to assist with costs of tuition, technology, licensing fees or other tools and resources necessary for graduation or certification.

Workforce training

We expand access to technical training and apprenticeship programs that open doors to automotive and tech careers and help meet the increasing demand for highly skilled workers.

Career readiness

We mobilize educators, employers and community leaders to prepare young people for college and careers through career exploration and immersion programs that provide real-world skills development and hands-on learning opportunities.
